The Baton Rouge Blues Festival attracts thousands of fans of the blues to river city every spring. Performing at the festival with the Blue Monday All-Stars, Jill Butler has demonstrated demonstrated her ability to get down and dirty with some of the Gulf South's most celebrated names in Blues and Soul.
