Jill Butler has graced the stages of Festival International in Lafayette on many occasions. From playing at one of the Festival's smaller sound stages to thrilling thousands on the Main Stage with other Festival headliners. Not only is Jill Butler a fan of performing at Festival International, she is a fan of the opportunity to share the language of music with performers from all over the world.
The Baton Rouge Blues Festival attracts thousands of fans of the blues to river city every spring. Performing at the festival with the Blue Monday All-Stars, Jill Butler has demonstrated demonstrated her ability to get down and dirty with some of the Gulf South's most celebrated names in Blues and Soul.
The Acadiana Center for the Arts and the Moncus Theaters is a treat not only for audiences but for the artist who perform in it! The acoustics of the theater lend themselves to intimate moments the audience and the artists. Jill Butler has been a part of many memorable moments and collaborations at the ACA. We certainly encourage your support of this venue and its mission.
Downtown Alive! is Lafayette's live weekly music celebration each Spring and Fall. The live music event has been featured in many articles about the joi de vivre of South Louisiana. Jill Butler has appeared in various seasons of this traditional live music series.
Jill is a house band member for Blue Monday Allstars which perform in venues across the region. She joins legendary Music Hall of Fame / Grammy-winning musicians to showcase jazz&blues while providing quality of life services to our Creative Community.
Jill has joined Billboard nationally ranked saxophonist Dee Lucas for feature performances sponsored by internet radio station Jazzystyle.net
The Gulf South has so many great live music venues supported by great Performing Arts alliances such as PASA.
Jill Butler has not only served PASA as an onstage artist, has opened for Jazz Violinist Regina Carter, and has been an active volunteer and advisor. PASA provides worldwide artists of all kinds a platform to display their talents from music to dance to theater.
